Declaration and Compliance

The First Schedule of the IPL Act lists 33 categories of persons that must file declarations.
 
Approximately 500 persons filed declarations in the first round, and assessment of these have been completed by the Commission.
 
Issue of Notice to file in the second round is in progress IPL (Section 28).
 
Filing of these declarants to commence in the second quarter of 2017 and will be a continuous process.
 
Investigations have commenced in accordance with the IPL Act.

About Us

The purpose of the Commission, in accordance with the Integrity in Public Life Act No.24 of 2013, is to improve governance through ensuring integrity in public life, to obtain declarations of assets, liabilities, income and interests in relation to persons in public life and to give effect to the provisions of the Inter-American Convention against Corruption, to which Grenada is a signatory.
